CANCELLATION OR RETURN POLICY:
Our products here at Island Drip CA are made-to-order therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Before making a purchase, please take the time to ensure that you are selecting the right item(s) and consider the estimated delivery time as we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been sent to production. Once you have placed an order with us our Warehouse team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to cancel your order. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. In the unlikely chance that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. You can email us at info@islanddripca.com with your order number, name, and pictures of the damaged product(s) and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue.
