Our products here at Island Drip CA are made-to-order therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Before making a purchase, please take the time to ensure that you are selecting the right item(s) and consider the estimated delivery time as we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been sent to production.


In the unlikely chance that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. You can email us at info@islanddripca.com with your order number, name, and pictures of the damaged product(s) and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue.

How long will my order take to ship?

The turn around time is between 7-14 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order with us our fulfillment team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to cancel your order. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please email us at info@islanddripca.com and we can assist you.

Where is my package?

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. Once a package is shipped we have little control over its arrival, the fastest and easiest way to track a lost package would be to reach out to your local post office. They will have the best information as to where your items may be. If after speaking with them you are still unable to locate the package please contact us at info@islanddripca.com . Please note TNT Island Drip can not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
